We are Shenzhen Feiteng Chuangyue Technology Co., Ltd. (brand name: Feitenn), a B2B distributor of integrated circuits (ICs) and electronic components, serving the automotive, industrial, defense, telecom, and precision instruments sectors globally.

We process business data only (work email, company name, contact phone) — we do not process sensitive personal data.

2. What We Collect & Why

RFQ / BOM submissions

  • Data: Part numbers, quantities, delivery requirements, company name, contact email/phone
  • Purpose: Process your quote request and source genuine parts
  • Retention: 7 years (tax audit compliance)

Business account

  • Data: Email address, name, phone number, company name
  • Purpose: Manage your account and order history
  • Retention: Until you delete your account, or 3 years after last activity

Technical cookies

  • Data: Session ID, basket contents
  • Purpose: Keep the site functional
  • Retention: Deleted when your browser closes

Embedded content (YouTube / Manufacturer PDFs)

  • Purpose: Display product datasheets and technical videos
  • Retention: Varies — please see the third-party policies of YouTube / chip manufacturers

We do NOT collect: payment card data, consumer behavior profiles, location data, or comments.

By default, we use only strictly necessary cookies (session ID, basket). For any non-essential cookies (e.g., from embedded manufacturer videos), we will:

We share your BOM/RFQ data only when necessary for sourcing genuine components:

  • Chip manufacturers (TI, ADI, Xilinx, Infineon, etc.) — Factory allocation; Legal basis: Contract performance
  • Authorized agents / distributors — Traceability and anti-counterfeit verification; Legal basis: Legitimate interest
  • Legal authorities — Only when required by applicable law; Legal basis: Legal obligation

We never share data with payment gateways, advertising networks, or data brokers.

6. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to chip manufacturers or authorized agents located in the USA, EU, Japan, South Korea, or Taiwan.

For transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA) to third countries, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) combined with TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit.

All data transmissions are protected with TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS). Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and report to the relevant supervisory authority (e.g., ICO for the UK, CNIL for France, CAC for China).

9. Data Retention Summary

  • RFQ / BOM / invoices: 7 years (tax law compliance)
  • Business account profile: Until deletion, or 3 years after last activity
  • Uploaded chip label images: 90 days (auto-deleted thereafter)
  • Session cookies: Until browser closes

10. Children

Our platform is strictly B2B. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.

11. Policy Changes

We will notify you of material changes via:

  • A website banner displayed for at least 30 days, or
  • Email to your registered business address
